Many moons ago, a beautiful older woman told me to eat fruits and vegetables of all colors everyday, especially avocados. I was curious as to why she made a point to emphasize avocados. She later explained that avocados are great for the skin and will help to keep the gray away. This women was a true ageless beauty, so I hung onto every word about eating avocados.
